Kathleen P. Soe, D.O.
Dr. Soe, a dermatologic surgeon and board certified dermatologist, established Virginia Street Dermatology in 2004. She is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Her internship and residency were completed at Sun Coast Hospital. She received her undergraduate degree in Chemistry from the University of South Florida. Dr. Soe values her patients, staff and her family. Dermatology is her passion. A long time resident of Pinellas County, Dr. Soe is excited to care for her community.
Taylor D. Smith, P.A.-C
Taylor Smith is a certified Physician Assistant who has been practicing medical dermatology in Tampa since graduating with her Masters Degree in March of 2020 from South University PA School. Although Taylor is a relatively new provider, her dermatology background is extensive. She has completed a dermatology internship in Tallahassee after graduating from FSU in 2015, followed by 2 years of clinical experience in dermatology prior to attending PA school. Taylor enjoys preforming procedures and focuses on providing the best cosmetic outcome for patients during surgery. She has grown up in Florida and has a passion for educating patients on proper sun protection and skin cancer prevention techniques.
Amanda Cinquegrano, FNP-C, DCNP
Amanda is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in nursing. She graduated from the University of Tampa with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and worked as a Registered Nurse at Tampa General Hospital in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit before returning to academia to pursue her Master of Science in Nursing, earning the program’s Academic Excellence Award.
After graduate school, she worked at the University of South Florida in the Department of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery as a Nurse Practitioner as well as at the California Skin Institute. She completed her Dermatology certification through the Dermatology Nurses’ Association of which she is an active member of the recertification task force.
Amanda has been a member of Sigma Theta Tau since 2015 and currently holds office as secretary. She is excited to use her experience and skills to give back to the nursing community as an active leader within the organization.
Paige Bowman, C.M.A., L.M.T.
Paige Bowman is a distinguished professional with over two decades of dedicated experience in the field of dermatology. As a licensed esthetician, certified medical assistant, and licensed massage therapist, Paige has honed her expertise across multiple disciplines to provide comprehensive care to her patients. Hailing from the vibrant state of Florida, she has become a cornerstone in the local dermatological community, utilizing her extensive knowledge to enhance the skin health and overall well-being of her patients. With a deep-rooted commitment to staying at the forefront of her field, Paige diligently attends seminars and continuously seeks out the latest trends in dermatology, ensuring that her skills remain aligned with the ever-evolving industry standards. Beyond her professional endeavors, Paige’s passion for community service shines through as she generously donates her time to various volunteering activities. Notably, she is recognized as a natural bee advocate, advocating for environmental sustainability and the vital role of bees in our ecosystem.
